WordPress plugins are created by multiple authors, and are consistently updated to newer versions to comply with the latest version of WordPress, or to address security issues and bugs.
It is not guaranteed that the mandated updates to WordPress will not break the website, nor that plugins will continue to function if not updated.
For this reason, having a trained web specialist on hand to monitor the website is necessary to update plugins, rollback plugins, replace plugins or even adjust the theme to continue optimal performance.
Yes, you can cancel anytime with a full calendar month's notice. You are under no obligation to continue with the ongoing service.
Any 3rd party integrations, or plugins that are included on your site whilst the care plan is in force, will be disconnected on cancellation and you will be liable to license these items yourself if you want to keep them current and updated.
No. Our Care Plans run on a monthly basis and you can cancel at any time by giving a full calendar month's notice.
Absolutely, you can add pages, posts, products etc. to your heart’s content.

If you have a task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan.
The monthly time is there for you every month to reserve your place in our queue and our resources, therefore it does not rollover.
It depends on the type of change request you submit.
I undertake to complete all requests within 24-48 business hours upon receiving the change request. In the unlikely event that I should not be able to action your request during this period, I will liaise and agree an acceptable time for completion with you.
